摘要 20世纪90年代以来,跨国并购已取代新建投资成为当代跨国公司海外扩张的主要形式,跨国并购的空前发展已引起国际经济学界的广泛关注。20世纪90年代以来跨国并购发展出现了一些新的特点,当代跨国并购从宏观和微观方面来说,既具有正面效应,也具有负面效应。
