手术中擦拭器械纱布细菌含量研究与分析

目的研究手术中洗手护士擦拭器械纱布含菌的因素和最佳更换纱布时机。方法随机选取50例Ⅰ类和50例Ⅱ类手术,分别于手术开始至结束时,每隔15min取1cm×1cm擦拭器械的纱布,用实验室定量接种法计数含菌量。结果两类手术纱布含菌量前30min各时间点对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而30min后纱布含菌量明显上升,同一时间Ⅱ类手术纱布含菌量显著高于Ⅰ类手术(P<0.05)。结论影响手术擦试器械纱布含菌量的因素是疾病本身和术前准备及术中无菌操作情况。手术开始30min后要随时更换纱布。

Objective To investigate factors that influence the amount of germs in gauzes when nurses wipe apparatus and to find out the timing to replace gauzes in operation. Method 50 type Ⅰ and 50 type Ⅱ operations were randomly selected. During the operations, the 1 cm× 1 cm gauzes used to wipe apparatus were examined every 15 minutes, and germs were counted by laboratory＇s ration vaccination method. Results In the fhst 30 minutes of the two types of operation, no significant differences were found in the number of germs in gauzes. After 30 minutes, germs increased in gauzes obviously, and there were more germs in type I operation than in type II operation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The amount of germs in gauzes depends on the disease itself and sterile procedures before and during operation. Gauzes should be replaced more frequently 30 minutes after the operation start.
