摘要
目的总结关节镜下深低温保存的异体骨-髌腱-骨重建膝关节交叉韧带的康复训练与护理方法。方法对41例患者采用关节镜进行重建膝关节交叉韧带的治疗,并进行相应的康复训练及护理。结果5例发生关节肿胀,穿刺为积血。切口均I期愈合。经4～40个月以上随访,完全恢复正常行走步态,疗效满意。结论完善的术前准备、术后患肢护理和膝关节早期功能锻炼等是确保手术成功以及膝关节功能恢复的重要保证。
Objective To describe the experience of rehabilitation and nursing in arthroscopic cruciate ligament reconstruction using the freeze-dried bone-patella tendon-bone allografts. Methods 41 patients underwent atthroscopic cruciate ligament reconstruction, and proper rehabiliation and nursing were implemented. Results Excellent results were achieved in all patients at 4-40 months follow up, and knee swelling （n=5） was the most common complication. Conclusion Proper postoperative rehabilitation and nursing ensure a successful outcome for patients.
