摘要
本文在复矩阵Ａｍ×ｎ的｛１｝－逆的基础上，讨论Ａ的｛２｝－逆的存在性及有关理论。
Based on the {1}-inverse of complex matrix A m×n ,the paper discusses the existence and some related theories of {2}-inverse,and gets the structure of {2}-inverse with designated rank.
