参麦加味汤对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病脑组织LA、脑含水量影响的实验研究

摘要 目的:通过参麦加味汤对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病脑乳酸、脑含水量的影响,探讨参麦加味汤对脑保护的作用机理。方法:将32只大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、参麦组、丹参组,分别对各组大鼠脑组织乳酸含量、脑含水量进行检测。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠脑组织乳酸含量、脑含水量显著升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,参麦组、丹参组可显著降低脑组织乳酸含量(P<0.01)、脑含水量(P<0.05)。结论:参麦加味汤具有调节脑细胞乳酸代谢、缓解酸中毒和减轻脑水肿、保护脑细胞的作用。 Objective: Through study effect of Shenmai Jiawei Decoction (SMJW) on levels of lactic acid (LA) ,water content in brain tissue of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in neonate rats, to research the mechanism of SMJW's protective function. Methods:32 rats were divided into 4 groups randomly:sham operated group, model group, SMJW group and Danshen group. Then observed the effect of SMJW on levels of LA, water content in brain tissue. Results: LA, water content in model group was much higher than those of sham operated group(P 〈 0.05). Compared with model group, SMJW could not only obviously decrease LA content (P 〈 0.01),but also significantly decrease water content (P 〈 0.05) in brain tissue of neonate rats. Conclusion: SMJW has functions of adjusting the LA metabolism, releasing acidosis and cerebral edema of brain tissue.
