Design of Tapered Riser for Ductile Casting in Green Sand Mould

用缩管法设计球铁铸件冒口时，为了既保证铸件质量，又节约金属，提高工艺出品率，采用了向下逐渐增大冒口直径，即所谓锥形冒口，本文介绍了球铁锥形冒口的设计方法及其需注意的问题。

When designing risers for ductile iron castings with piping riser design method,tapered shape is formed by means of gtadually thickening the thermal insulating layer from upper part of the tiser to the bottom in order to guarantee that the pipe is not choked off by the thickness frozen and raise the yield.The design mehtod of tapered riser for ductile iron castigns and the factors needed to focus on are described in this article,and the computer program using C Programming language has been developed.
