复方镇咳灵的镇咳祛痰平喘与急性毒性作用的实验研究

Experimental study on the effects of reliving cough and asthma, reducing sputum and acute toxicity test with Fufang Zhenkeling

目的:观察复方镇咳灵的止咳、化痰、平喘及急性毒性作用。方法:用氨水喷雾致小鼠咳嗽,用毛细玻璃管测大鼠排痰量;用2%氯化乙酰胆碱和0.1%磷酸组织胺等容积混合液致豚鼠哮喘,观察复方镇咳灵的镇咳、祛痰、平喘效果。结果:复方镇咳灵对氨水喷雾致小鼠咳嗽有明显镇咳作用,可增加大鼠排痰量,对2%氯化乙酰胆碱和0.1%磷酸组织胺等容积混合液所致豚鼠哮喘有一定的平喘作用。急性毒性试验得出该药最大耐受量(MTD)为生药540.0g/kg,相当于50kg人临床日用量的600倍,未见毒副作用,表明在临床常用剂量下使用该药是安全的。结论:复方镇咳灵具有止咳、化痰、平喘作用,安全无毒副作用。

Objective ：To observe the effects of reliving cough and asthma,reducing sputum and acute toxicity test with Fufang Zhenkeling. Methods：The mice, rats and guinea pigs were regarded as experimental object separately. Recorded the cough incubation period, cough frequency, amounts of sputum and asthma incubation period in groups before and after treament. At last, analysed the data with statistics. Results： Compared with control group and model group, the different dose of Fufang Zhenkeling had reliving cough and asthma, reducing sputum in distinct degrees. The MTD = 540.0 g/kg. Conclusion： Fufang Zhenkeling has the effects of reliving cough and asthma, reducing sputum, and has no side effect in clinical dose. It can use safely in clinic.
