通过对绵阳市科教创业园八角村农民经济适用住宅区规划设计过程的分析,阐明了在此类建筑设计中应着重考虑的要素,对在资源有限条件下的建筑设计如何既尊重当地环境、文脉,又创造具有时代和地方特色的建筑形象做了有用地探索。

By analyzing the planning and design process of rustic low-costresidential area in Bajiao village located in the Science ＆ Education Garden of Mianyang City, this article illustrated the keys which should be emphasized in such projects. Also this paper gave the access to design a contemporary and characteristic arChitecture according to local environment and context in constrained resources.
