通过对高校发展建设中的用电和供电分析，并进行合理地规划分区，从不同性质的供用电方面，提高供用电质量并节约更多的资金。
Through analyzing power consumption and supply in development of high-grade school, it plans distribution reasonably, which to improve use-ratio of power and save more fund from different power consumption and supply.
