Construction of friendly environmental society to improve rural water environment

结合我国农村水环境现状，对目前存在的农村水环境问题进行剖析，同时提出改善农村水环境的相关对策。这是构建环境友好型社会、建设社会主义新农村必须解决的现实问题。

Combined with present condition of our rural water environment, the author analyzes the existing problem of it and puts forward several relevant strategy to improve it, which is realistic problem to construct friendly environmental society and socialism new rural.
