摘要
分析了建设工程招标投标中存在的主要问题及其产生原因，提出了解决招标投标过程中相关问题的对策和建议，以规范招标程序，防止工程招标投标中各种问题的产生。
This paper analyzes problems existing in construction project bidding and its contributing factor, and puts forward rdevant solutions and suggestions for such problems, which to standardize bidding process and prevent the emergence of various kinds of problems in construction project bidding.
