摘要
单兵综合作战系统是一种新型的武器系统,对其评价技术进行研究,具有重要有意义。讨论了武器系统综合性能评价步骤和方法;指出了灰色方法更适应于单兵综合作战系统综合性能的评价;根据系统评价因素的灰性特点,给出了指标因素的量化方法;建立了基于层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)与灰色关联分析的综合性能评价模型;以3类型号系统的数据为例,证明了该方法的有效性。
The integrated individual soldier combat system (IISCS) is a brand new weapon system. The research on its evaluation techniques is of great significance. The article discusses the concept of weapon system comprehensive performance and the evaluation steps, evaluation method, and concludes that grey method applies better to the comprehensive performance evaluation of the IISCS. According to the grey characteristics in the system assessment factors, it provides the quantifying method of the index factors, and establishes the comprehensive performance evaluation model based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and grey relational grade. Finally, it proves the effectiveness of the method by using the example of data in three types of systems.
