摘要 工作流过程建模是实现工作流管理系统的基础和关键。在介绍工作流网（WF—Net）的基础上，重点介绍作者提出的一种扩展WF—Net的工作流模型，最后给出了该模型在药品营销工作流管理系统中的一个应用实例。 Workflow process modeling is the key foundation to building a workflow management system. Based on workflow net（WF-Net）, the paper describes a workflow model of an extended WF- Net named WF-Net, and gives a detailed instance of its application in the workflow management system of the medicine marketing.
