摘要
氦氖激光器在科学研究、实验教学方面有较大用处,它不仅相干性好,波长稳定,能量集中,且价廉物美。介绍了氦氖激光器的工作原理、电气特性;研究了波长为632.8nm氦氖激光器的高电压小电流恒流电源,激光管的电气特性与电源相匹配的关键技术,并对串级倍压电路与变压器稳流电路的优缺点进行了分析与比较;提出一种有效的仿真方法,对激光电源的设计、维修有一定参考作用。
He-Ne laser machine is useful in scientific research and lab teaching. It has jarless wavelength and concentrated energy. In addition, it is cheap. A constant current electrical source of a He-Ne laser machine with 632.8 nm wavelength, which has high voltage and small electrical current, is researched. This paper introduces He Ne laser machine's operation principle and electrical characteristic, illustrates the key technology which is used to make laser machine's electrical characteristic match the electrical source, analyses and compares the series-wound doubler circuit and transformer regulator circuit. The paper puts forward an effectively method of simulation. It is useful to design and maintain He-Ne laser machine.
