本报告在分析宏观背景的基础上,梳理了上海市高校研究生的就业现状及就业难的原因,并根据就业前景的预测结果对未来几年我国研究生教育工作提出了对策建议。

This paper mainly deals with the graduate employment in Shanghai higher education institutions, including its current situation, the reasons for its difficulty, and its prospect and the countermeasures for national graduate education work.
