羟基磷灰石充填拔牙创防止牙槽嵴吸收的临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨拔牙后植入羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨防止牙槽嵴萎缩的临床疗效。方法:48例患者拔牙后牙槽窝内植入羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨,于术后1周、1月、3月、分别复诊,进行临床及X线检查,观察牙槽嵴高度变化情况。结果:48例患者拔牙创均顺利愈合,未发生术后出血、感染、羟基磷灰石微粒移位等术后并发症,同术前相比,46例牙槽嵴高度无明显降低,2例降低1mm。结论:拔牙后拔牙创内即刻植入羟基磷灰石微粒人工骨可以维持牙槽嵴的高度,减少术后并发症,为以后进行义齿修复及种植义齿提供了良好的基骨条件,而且操作简便,值得在基层医院推广应用。 Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of implantation tooth extraction wound to prevent atrophy of alveolar ridge with particulate hydroxylapatite artificial bone.Methods:Particulate hydroxylapatite artificial bone was implanted into 48 extraction sockets after teeth extraction.All patients were followed up 3 months after the operation. They are examined with clinical examimnation and X-ray examination to observe the effect and complication of the implantation operation.Results:The wound healed well in all cases without any complication.Compared to the alveolar ridge before teeth extraction,and 46 height of the alveolar ridge after teeth extraction didn't decrease,2 height decrease lmm.Conclusion:Implantation of particulate hydroxylapatite artificial bone after teeth extraction could maintatin the height of the alveolar ridge and reduce the complication of teeth extraction.It would be helpful for the following prosthetic implant denture.the technique is therefore needed further study.
