摘要
本文从提高矿棉吸声板的粘结强度和耐湿性出发,围绕粘结剂配比、复合成型和降低板体容重,作了详细的试验和分析,论证了解决矿棉吸声板吸湿变形的向题,为开拓矿棉吸声板的应用创造了条件.
This paper gives detailed experiment results and analysis centering on the formulation of binder and the formation of boards and the lowering of bulk density in order to improve binding strength and wet-resistance of acoustic mineral wool boards.The method to eliminate the moisture absorption and deformation of the boards is also discussed which shall create more applications for acoustic mineral wool boards.
