HPLC法测定克痤隐酮乳膏中甲氧苄啶的含量

Determination of Trimethoprim in Kezuo Yintong Cream by HPLC

目的:建立克痤隐酮乳膏中甲氧苄啶的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,迪马C18(200mm×4．6mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水-三乙胺(200:799:1)(用氢氧化钠试液或冰醋酸调节溶液pH值至5．9)为流动相,检测波长为288nm。结果:甲氧苄啶在0．7584μg-1．7696μg范围内进样量与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99．1％, RSD为1．43％,准确度高。结论:本方法简便、准确,可测定克痤隐酮乳膏中甲氧苄啶的含量。

Objective. To establish an assay of Trimethoprim in Kezuo Yintong Cream by HPLC. Methods： column was Diamonsil C18 （200mm×4.6mm, 5μn）,mobile phase was aeetonitrile-water-triethylamine（200： 799： 1） （sodium hydroxide or acetic acid solution adjusted pH to 5.9）, detection wavelength was 288nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 7584μg-1. 7696μg for berberine hydrochloride. The average recovery was 99.1% and RSD was 1.43%. Conclusion：The method was simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
