海藻糖具有独特的生物学功能,在食品、医药、化工、农业等领域应用潜力巨大。本文就海藻糖的性质、生物学功能、代谢途径的研究进展以及海藻的应用进行了综述。
Trehalose has great potential in food ,medical,chemical and agricultural industry according to its special biology function. The paper reviewed the advances of properties,biological functlons,metabolic pathway of trehalose and application of trehalose.
