Analysis and Prediction of Hydrodynamic Charactenistics of A Single cone Hydrocyclone for Oil Removal

通过实验，研究了液—液旋流器的流量、压力和分流比之间的关系，首次建立了预测旋流器流压特性的方法。应用该方法分别预测了定流量和定底流出口背压的不同工况，其预测值和实测值的一致性是相当好的，具有相当高的精度。对旋流器的设计和使用具有重要的指导作用。

Relations between flowrate,pressure and flow split have been studied through experiment and the method predictiong the relations is first established.The method has been used to predict flowrate pressure performance under constant inlet flowrate and pressure at underflow outlet.The predicting results are good agreement with experiment.The method is very useful for the design and application of hydrocyclone.
