汽车减震器支座疲劳开裂原因分析 被引量:13

摘要 针对汽车在行驶过程中减振器支座开裂问题,对开裂部位的载荷谱及相关信号进行了实车、实地测试,应用疲劳强度理论对减震器支座不同工况疲劳寿命进行了计算。研究表明,轮胎气压过高以及减震器损坏会造成其支座疲劳载荷显著增大,使之疲劳寿命迅速下降。最后建议对减震器的质量进行考核,尤其是对减震器拉伸和压缩过程的阻尼系数应引起同样重视,在使用过程中减震器失效后应立即更换,轮胎气压应按规定要求使用,以避免减震器支座过早疲劳失效。 Load spectrum on the fracture part of the absorber seat and the co relational signal was tested for the automobile in order to find the reason of the fracture. The fatigue strength theory was used to predict the life of the seat. Study showed that if the absorber worked out, the life of the seat would crack quickly. To avoid the seat's cracks, the quality of the absorber should be tested and especially the damp coefficient should be cared. Once the absorber lost its function, it should be replaced by a new one in order to avoid the seat's crack.
