Role of chemokines and their receptors in tumor angiogenesis and significance

趋化因子受体属于G蛋白偶联受体超家族,是含7个穿膜区段的单链受体,胞内区与G蛋白偶联,可产生信号转导。其在多种肿瘤细胞和肿瘤间质细胞膜上有功能性表达,趋化因子受体与肿瘤多种生物学行为密切相关。在肿瘤血管生成中,不同的趋化因子产生不同的生物学效应,提示可能存在不同的作用机制,成为新的抗癌策略靶点。

Chemokine receptors are the members of the G-protein coupled receptor （GPCR） supergene family which include seven hepatahelical transmembrane peptides. These functional recepters can be expressed in kinds of tumor ceils and stromal ceils and are closely correlated with the biological behavior of tumors. In the process of tumor angiogenesis, different chemokines may bring different biological effect. Accumulating evidences have suggest their potential novel targets for future anticancer therapeutics.
