钢铁黑色化学转化膜性能及制备工艺的研究 被引量:4

摘要 筛选了发黑-磷化法制备黑色化学转化膜的配方;通过对黑色化学转化膜的性能检测,扫描电镜观察外观形貌,能谱仪分析成分;指出最佳发黑-磷化法制备黑色化学转化膜的工艺为:先常温发黑后中温磷化,发黑液中铜与硒的比例接近1,磷化液中总酸度与游离酸度之比约为10。 Formulae for preparing black chemical conversion film using blackening-phosphating method were screened out. Performance of the black chemical conversion film was tested. Morphology of the film was obserbed using SEM. Components of the film were analysed using energy spectrometry. The experimental results suggest that the best technology for preparing black chemical conversion film is blackening atroom temperature first and then phosphating at medium temperature. The Cu to Se ratio in the blackening solution is about 1 and the ratio of total acidity to free acidity of the phosphating solution is about 10.
