摘要
系统研究了如何应用水热法来制备TiO2纳米粉体。通过实验确定了较佳工艺技术参数:浓度为5%,pH值等于9,保温的温度为220℃。用三乙醇胺作为分散剂,用Tween80和Span80作为表面改性剂研究分析其对TiO2纳米粉体团聚的作用。
This article discussed how to use the Hydrothermal method to make nanosized TiO2 powder. Through experiment, the best action conditions were obtained. The thickness of H2TiO3 was 5% , PH was 9 , the temperature of heat preservation was about 220℃. PVA was used for dispersion.The agglomeration of nanosized TiO2 powder was analysed by surface modification with Tween80 and Span80.
