摘要
综述了当前国外光纤压力传感器的研制状况及其技术发展的最新动向。着重介绍微弯、光弹效应、光纤应变、内纤维光栅、GaAs光纤以及测偏振光的光纤等六种典型的压力传感器的工作原理、结构特点、主要技术性能及其应用。
The status of development on optical fibre pressure transducers in foreign countries and the latest trend of the development for this technology are described in comprehensively. The paper emphasised on the operational principles, features of structures and major functions and applications of six kinds of typical pressure transducers, i.e. micro blend, elas-tooptics, optical fibre strain, inner fibre raster, GaAs optical fibre and the optical fibre for polarised light.
