摘要
本文阐述一种三光纤压力传感器的测压原理及实现强度调制方法,并对传感器的光路、调制机构、膜片设计作了具体的介绍。实际功能测试结果表明,利用该传感器可以克服光强变化及膜片反射系数不同对测量结果的影响,具有较高的精度。
The measuring principle and intensity modulation method of the pressure transducer composed of three pieces of optical fibre are described. The optical path, modulation mechanism, and the design of diaphragm are introduced concretely. The results of functional test show that by using this transducer, the influences affected by varying intensity of the light and different reflect coefficient of the diaphragm can be overcome.
