摘要
在分析各种传统检测方法的基础上,研究了小口径非球面的检测方法,给出了设计实例,实现了非球面曲面的光学检测,满足了非球面曲面在工程中的应用.
The test method of small aperture aspheric surface based on the analysis of various traditional test methods is studied. A design example is put forward, which can meet the test requirements of aspheric surface in the engineering.
