钛白搪瓷釉耐碱稳定性研究

摘要 A combination of reflecting microscope, scanning electron microscope, electron micro-probe and ionic microprobe etc. has been employed to study the chemical composition, the mi-crostrntare and the crystal structure on the titanium enamel surface before and after the corrosion. The chemical durability of the enamel in alkali solution has been investigated.The results show that the heterogeneous corrosion of alkali solution on the enamel surface results in the disappearance of the enamel luster. ZrO2, TiO2 and MgO etc. can improve the durability of alkali resistance, but B2O3, K2O etc. can't. In alkali solution the formation of dissoluble protection layer on the enamel surface will improve the alkali resistence durability.
