摘要
本文提出了一种具有良好动静压综合性能的新型结构的动静压混合径向滑动轴承。该轴承不仅在理论上具有合理性,而且具有一定的工程应用价值。理论计算和分析表明,该轴承的静压支承能力较之普通的浅腔式轴承得以大幅度提高,使转轴在启动和停车阶段能够获得可靠的油膜支承作用。此外,由于用浅腔节流和环面节流替代了传统的外节流器设计,有效地解决了静压轴承使用中经常出现的节流器堵塞问题。试验研究证明了理论分析的正确性。
This paper put forward a kind of hybrid hydrodynamic and hydrostatic radial plain bearing with a new typed construction possessing good comprehensive hydrodynamic and hydrostatic characteristics.This bearing not only possesses reasonableness in terms of theory but also possesses proper value in engineering application.The theoretical calculation and analysis show that the hydrostatic supporting capacity of thisbearing has been enhanced in a big range as compared with that of the ordinary shallow recess bearings,which will make the turning shaft obtain a reliable oil film supporting effect at its start--up and stopping stage.In addition, due to the design of replacing the shallow recess and annular surfaced restrictions for the traditional external ones the problem of restrictor jam frequently appeared in the application of hydrostatic bearings has been effectively resolved.The correctness of theoretical analysis has been proved by experimental inveStigation.
