京津冀经济区服务业的未来发展要适应现代服务业发展出现的新趋势,应尽快合理布局、完善功能、提升能级、突出特色,制定京津冀现代服务业发展的总体规划、专项规划和具体措施。通过加强区域规划,调整服务业结构,加快建设各具特色的现代服务业产业集群,改变京津冀经济区服务业发展的不均衡状态,以从整体战略布局上推动京津冀经济区服务业发展。

The future development of service industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic zone should adapt to the new tendency of modern service industry development, improve the geographical distribution and service function, highlight characteristic. It should lay down, as soon as possible, the master plan, the specific planning and the concrete measure of modern service industry development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area. Through strengthening the regional planning, adjusting the structure of service industry, expediting the foundation of modern service industrial cluster with unique characteristic, we can change the disequilibrium status quo service industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic zone, and thereby promote strategically the development of service industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic zone as a whole.
