摘要
本文用有限元法研究了行星增速器柔性齿圈的形状与载荷分布的关系,计算了齿圈应力场,从而提供了一种既能保证行星轮各传动件间载荷分配比较均匀,又保证得到齿宽方向为均载的齿圈形状的设计方法。
By the use of finite element method this paper studied the relationship between the shape of flexible toothed crown in planet speeder and its load distribution,calculated the stress field of toothed crown,thus provided a kind of designing method which guarantees a comparatively uniform load distribution been each transmission mumber of planet gear as well as the shape of toothed crown obtaining a uniform load along the direction of its tooth width.
