摘要
2型猪链球菌感染已成为影响全世界养猪业的重要问题之一.它主要引起猪脑膜炎、肺炎、心内膜炎、关节炎、败血症等,并可感染人.2型猪链球菌致病机理尚不太清楚,迄今为止,已知的毒力因子有荚膜多糖、溶菌酶释放蛋白、胞外蛋白因子、溶血素、粘附素等.
Streptococcus suis type 2（SS2） infections have become one of the important problems in all over the world. It causes several inflammatory porcine diseases, including pneumonia, polyserositis, ndocarditis, meningitis, and arthritis. In addition, SS2 causes septicemia and meningitis in humans. The pathogenesis of an SS2 infection is rarely understood. Until now, capsular polysaccharide, mursmidase- released protein, extracellular factor, and suilysin was shown to be strongly associated with pathogenic strains of SS2. In this paper, virulence factor was sammarized.
