摘要
目的分析辽宁省出入境人员中肺结核病的发生情况及其分布情况。方法对2000年至2003年从大连出入境的67 897人员采用胸部 X 线片进行肺结核病的初步确定,初步确定后经大连市结核病防治院确诊。结果从67 897名出入境人员中检出肺结核各型感染人员224例,感染率为3.29‰。结论加强出入境人员进行肺结核病监测,具有重要意义,强化对该人群的卫生宣传和管理是预防结核病的重要手段。
Objective Assess the disease of TB emergence and distributing of international travelers at Liaoning port.
Method Make disease of TB initial diagnosis to 67 897 international travelers at Liaoning port by Chest X -ray. After initial diagnosis, the definite diagnosis was given by Dalian TB Prevention and Cure Hospital. Result 224 cases of TB were found in the 67 897 international travelers with the detective rate of 3.29%.
Conclusions It is extremely important to strengthen inspection and management for TB in international travelers. It is an important measure that improves the public awareness to TB and strengthens propaganda sanitation knowledge.
