摘要
目的分析出入境人员中心电图检查结果,探讨国际旅行卫生保健措施,以便更加有效地为出入境人员进行健康咨询和指导。方法使用北京福田 FCP-2155型自动分析心电图机,常规十二导联静息心电图描记,对2003年7月份至2005年7月份经二连口岸出入境的2000名出入境人员进行心电图检查。结果检出异常心电图427例,检出率为21.35%,疾病种类达十多种。结论其检查结果为出入境人员身体健康状况提供了参考依据,为对防治心血管疾病,有针对性地开展健康咨询和指导,降低旅行中意外事件的发生有着重要的意义。
Objective To analyze ECG examination results among Entry - exit Passengers, and discuss the preventive measures about international travel healthcare, so to offer health guidance effectively for Entry- exit Passengels.
Method Automatic analysis ECG, FCP- 2155, Futian, Beijing , conventionality 12 leads. The 2000 Entry - exit passengers had been examined from July 2003 to July 2005 at Erlian Port.
Results There are 427 Entry - exit Passenger unconventional（21.35% ）, More than 10 kind diseases. Conclusion Strengthen the check - up and develop the health consulting, it is very important to prevent and cure the cardiovascular disease, also to reduce the accidents on the journey
