强迫交易罪实行行为属于复数行为,由手段行为(指暴力、威胁行为)和目的行为(指交易行为)构成。本文拟从手段行为与目的行为的行为性质入手,阐明强迫交易罪实行行为即强迫交易行为的特殊性。

The execution of the compelling -deal crime falls in the scope of dual behavior. It was composed of means behavior and purpose behavior, i. e, violence, menace and deal. This article intends to explain the characters of means behavior and purpose behavior to get a clear idea on the characters of the execution of the compelling - deal crime.
