摘要
核电厂蒸汽发生器的制造质量有助于提高其安全可靠性。本文介绍了管子与管板接头的焊接与胀接,封头与锥形筒体的锻造,堆焊与接管安全端异种钢的焊接,防振条结构工艺,管板深孔加工以及制造中其他与安全有关的工艺等。
Manufacturing guality of steam generators in NPP will help to increase its safety reliability.This paper describes the tube welding and expansion to tube plate, the forge of cover and cone vessel, the overlay weld and joint-safe end welding, the structure process of anti-vibration spacer bars, the tube plate gun drilling and the relevant process of manufacturing safety.
