稀土Ce^(3+)对复合刷镀Ni-P合金结构的影响

摘要 论述了Ni-P-Ce复合刷镀工艺,研究了稀土Ce3+对Ni-P复合刷镀层结构及工艺的影响。结果表明:阴极过电位越大,临界晶核半径就越小,临界形核功(结晶阻力)也越小,形核率就越大,越容易形成晶核,长成晶态沉积层,形成的晶核数目愈多,沉积层就愈细致。稀土元素Ce3+加入,提高了电刷镀Ni-P-Ce合金镀液析出电位和阴极过电位,促进了Ni基合金的还原析出,提高了形核率,细化了沉积层,在较高的磷含量条件下,得到了微晶结构镀层。 The technology is discussed to the Ni - P- Ce complex brush - plating, the effect is studied the rare earth metal Ce^3+ to structure of the Ni - P complex brush - plating layer. The result express: The cathode conducts electricity so more big that the radius of the critical crystal core more small, the power of the critical formation crystal core( the crystallize resistance) is the also more small, the formation crystal core rate more big, the more easy formation the crystal core, the growing up the deposition layer of crystal appearance, the formation the number of crystal core the is more many, the deposition layer more meticulous. The rare earth metal Ce^3+ is joined, the out electric potential and the cathode to conduct electric potential is ascension to the Ni - P - Ce complex brush - plating liquid, the promoting the Ni alloy metal is restore come out, the formation crystal core is raised, the deposition layer is thin turned, the minuteness crystal structure plating layer is gut under the higher P content condition.
