摘要
对50CrVA扭簧在装配后出现的断裂特征进行失效分析。结果表明,氢脆是导致扭簧断裂的主要原因,并提出控制措施。
The fracture characteristics of certain 50CrVA torsion spring have been analyzed, which occurred after assembly. The results show that the fracture of torsion spring was mainly caused by hydrogen embrittlement. The control methods have also been provided.
