摘要
超浅吃水肥大型运煤船研制是“八·五”国家重大技术装备项目,其中2万吨级超浅吃水肥大型运煤船是规划中秦皇岛至上海航行不须等潮进江的主要经济船型,是为我国首制B/T=4.0,CB=0.839的散货船。国内外对超浅吃水肥大型船舶研究较少,作者为了确保本船具有较高的航速指标和良好的航行性能,针对超浅吃水肥大船特声、,综合考虑快速性、耐波性与操纵性确定主尺度,设计优化了3种前体线型和4种后体线型,进行了多方案组合多种状态阻力,自航试验及尾部件流场测试研究,开发出新型的超浅吃水肥大船的设计线型,其性能指标达到国际先进水平,解决了超浅吃水肥大船关键技术问题。
The construction of full form coal ships with extremely shallow draft is one of the heavy technique equipment projects in the sib national five-year economical development plan.The 20k DWT coal ship is one economical type of the ships mensioned above for the Qinhuangdao-Shanghai route.The investigation on such extremely shallow draft full ship form is rarely seen both at home and abroad.On the basis of sucessful development of the 35k DWT shallow draft coal ship of full form,the author developed further a new ship form with B/T=4.0 having very good powering performance.The investigation included comparative resistance and propulsion tests with 3 different fore--body and 4 different aft-body lines and 3 wake survey tests at the propeller disk.The lines proposed is adopted by the owner and the ship yard.Now the ship is under construction. This investigation is also valuable for reference for the design of other shallow draft coal ships.
