摘要
玻璃析晶区域粘度的测定,因受到析晶的影响,到目前仍未找到解决方法。而这一区域的粘度对研究玻璃的析晶行为、结构与驰豫过程至关重要。长期以来,人们都通过测试高温、低温粘度的数据和公式拟合,推测析晶温度区域的粘度。这种方法往往十分繁琐,且有的准确性也不高。探索用新的方法推测析晶温度区域玻璃的粘流是很有意义的工作。
It is derived theoretically that activation energy of crystallization is appoximately equal to the activation energy of viscous flow in crystallization temperature range in glass. The viscosity ranging from 107 to 1011 poise has been measured in some glasses by a penetrometer. It is observed that activation energy of viscous flow Eη decreases with the increasing temperature. The above derivation has been confirmed by the comparison of decreasing Eη trend with activation energy of crystallization.The viscosity in crystallization temperature range of glass can be roughly estimated by the combination of thermoana-lytieal method and measurement of low temperature viscosity,which provides a new way to estimate viscosity of glass in crystallization temperature range.
