摘要
通过对自行火炮油液泄漏故障形式和原因分析,综合考虑系统的工作压力、温度和混入空气量影响,建立了自行火炮油液泄漏量的数学模型.该模型指出了自行火炮液压系统内泄漏量主要取决于系统的温度、压力、液压油的动力粘度、油液的体积模量和热膨胀系数,揭示了泄漏量随工作参数峰值变化的规律,可为自行火炮的油液泄漏检测与定位提供参考.
In the paper, considering effects of operating pressure, temperature and mixed air rate of hydraulic system, the mathematical model of hydraulic fluid leakage rate of self - propelled artillery is built by analyzing leaky fault form and leaky reason. The conclusion shows that the internal leakage rate of the hydraulic system of self - propelled artillery is depend on temperature, pressure, dynamic viscosity, bulk modulus and thermal expansion coefficient of hydraulic system. The variation rule of hydraulic fluid leakage rate is gotten according to operating parameters. It has special reference to leakage detection and location of the hydraulic system of self - propelled artillery.
