摘要
在介绍直销和传销在国内外发展概况之基础上,着重分析了直销和传销的关系,进一步指出了两个条例同时出台的原因。
The author first briefly introduces the history and development of direct marketing and pyramid selling both at home and abroad. The he systematically analyzes their similarities and differences before relating them to the passage of two regulations in this regard.
