Study on the System Structure and Operation of Circular Economy

参照经济生态学和循环经济的国内外实践,探讨了由减量化、再使用和资源化子系统组成的循环经济的系统结构。在对减量化,再使用和资源化子系统研究的基础上,分析了各子系统的功能运行过程和循环经济系统的整体循环运行过程,以期对以科学发展观为指导实施循环经济运行模式、技术创新和制度设计提供一定的借鉴价值。

A study is made on the structures of circular economy including subsystems of reduction, reuse and recycle referring to the domestic and foreign practices and economic ecology. Based on this, the functional operation processes of the subsystems and that of the whole circular economy system are analyzed. The results can be used as reference for implementing the operational models, innovations and regulation of circular economy in accordance with scientific development.
