目前循环经济的研究与实践更多的是停留在生产领域和工业园区,缺乏对大规模生产条件下盲目竞争导致的产品过剩问题,以及导致的资源浪费与环境重负的关注。为此,必须通过信息资源替代物质资源,使交换在生产之前发生,即虚拟交换前置,对社会经济流程进行再造,实现微观领域的产销平衡和宏观领域的总体供需平衡。

At present, the research and practice of circular economy mostly stay in the field of production and industrial park and are lack of concerns with the resource wastes and environmental burdens in human economic activities. In order to avoid excessive product resulted from over competition under mass production, and to achieve the balance of production and sale in microeconomic fields and the balance of aggregate supplement and aggregate demand in macroeconomic fields,it is necessary to reengineer the economic process, that is,making exchange ahead of production through replacement of material resources with information resources, in other words,virtual exchange in advance.
