浅谈高校学报“增刊”

On Supplementary Issues of University Journals

高校学报增刊是针对某一专题性的学术会议或某一领域的系列研究论文及期刊文稿过多、发表周期过长的问题而向国家新闻出版部门申请增办的期刊,是正刊的补充和延伸,具有与正刊同样的学术价值。但是由于有些增刊在经济利益的驱动下,存在策划上的错误和学术质量上的问题,从而造成所谓的“增刊”现象。要解决这些问题,必须明确增刊的定位,严把稿件质量关,强化编校质量,这样才能还原增刊应有的学术价值。

As the complement and expansion of regular issues, supplementary issues of university journals have the same academic value as well. However, due to the poor quality or wrong orientation of certain supplementary issues, they are somehow negatively considered. To fully elaborate the academic value of the supplementary issues, emphasis should be placed upon correcting orientation, improving the quality of contribution and composing process.
