本文通过对农村居民人力资本投资制约因素的详尽分析,提出了增强农民人力资本投资动力的若干对策。
This article presents some solutions for encouraging farmers＇ motivation in human capital investment based on in-depth analytic factors that restrain human capital investment on rural residents.
