国产股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年粗隆间骨折

Treatment of geriatric femoral intertrochanteric fractures with proximal femur nail made in China

目的评价国产股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法 2003年2月- 2005年3月采用国产股骨近端髓内钉内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折36例,骨折按Evans分型,Ⅰ型9 例,Ⅱ型12例,Ⅲ型8例,Ⅳ型7例。结果所有患者获得随访, 随访时间6-15个月,平均8个月,按Harris髋关节评分,优28例,良5例,中3例,优良率91．7％。结论采用国产股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有创伤小、固定可靠、操作简单,术后恢复快,价格低廉等优点。

Objectives To evaluate the effect of treatment for the geriatric femoral intertrochanteric fractures with proximal femur nail made In China. Methods From February 2003 to August 2005, 36 cases of geriatric femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated with proximal femur nail made in China. According to Evans classification, 9 cases were Evans Ⅰ , 12 cases were Evans Ⅱ, 8 cases were EvansⅢ, 7 cases were EvanslV. Results All cases were followed-up for 6 - 15months （average 8 months）, According to Harris hip rat scale system, the results were excellent in 28, good in 5, fair in 3, The excellent and good rate was 91.7%. Conclusions The treatment of geriatric femoral Intertrochanteric fractures with proximal femur nail made in China is a method worthy of generalizing because of its advantages of less trauma, less bleeding, strong fixation, less time of postoperative rehabilitation and less cost.
