Detecting Anti-FcεRI Autoantibodies and its Significance

摘要 利用昆虫细胞杆状病毒表达系统,成功表达了人FcεRI膜外区α蛋白;用该蛋白检测抗FcεRI自身抗体,结果显示慢性荨麻疹病例组与健康对照组差异不显著。 The alpha subunit ectodomain of FcεRI （at） was successfully produced by baculovirus expression system. This recombinant protein had been utilized to detect the anti-FcεRI antoantibodies. The results showed no significant difference of the autoantibodies positive rate between the chronic urticaria group and the health control groups.
