摘要
分别以钛酸四丁酯、钛酸四异丙酯、钛酸四乙酯为原料,用溶胶凝胶法合成出TiO2,利用变温拉曼及变温XRD研究了不同原料相同方法合成得到的TiO2的相转变温度.结果表明,所合成TiO2的相转变温度与原料的反应活性存在对应关系,根据锐钛矿拉曼特征峰半峰宽与温度的关系图,将锐钛矿晶粒尺寸与半峰宽关联.分析对比原料水解活性与产品相转变温度之间的关系对实验结果进行了解释.
TiO2 samples were prepared by sol-gel method from three precursors of titanium butoxide, isopropoxide and ethoxide, respectively. The phase transformation of the prepared TiO2 samples was studied by thermo Raman spectrum and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). The experimental results showed that the phase transformation temperatures of TiO2 had corresponding relationship with the reactivity of such precursors. Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM) of the characteristic peak of anatase phase was correlated with the anatase crystaUite size, and by analyzing the relationship between the experimental results and the structural properties of the precursors, the experimental results were explained.
