Analysis and Solution to Urban Traffic Problems Based on Our National Conditions

从我国城市交通流特点,道路基础设施、交通管理、交通参与者等方面对城市交通问题进行分析研究,阐明城市交通问题形成的原因和过程,并提出建立符合国情的城市交通模型,加强政府在解决城市交通问题的职能,加强公交服务,利用交通需求管理等收费手段限制小汽车上路等对策。

The urban traffic problems were analyzed and researched from traffic flow, road infrastructures, traffic management and people involved on the road. The causes and process of urban traffic problems were expatiated,in combination of the reality of our urban traffic condition,particular urban traffic models were proposed so as to meet the need of our national situation,which requests governmental sectors to strengthen their function and duty for solving urban traffic problems,to reinforce their public transportation service such as to limit cars on roads by collecting fees.
